Payment for commissions is required before you receive ANY art from me. This is non-negotiable. Payment plants available!
DO NOT SEND PAYMENT until we have clearly discussed what the commission details are. I will deny all payments sent without prior discussion and my acceptance of the terms of the commission.
All sales are final
Paypal, Venmo, ApplePay, CashApp or cash are currently my only accepted forms of payment. Payment must process completely prior to you receiving the finished work.

Digital and Traditional Copyrights

You must specify if you are commissioning work for commercial use. Commercial use pieces will be priced higher than personal use.
Digital art commissions are free use with proper credit given.
Digital art copies will be given at 250 DPI and nothing higher or lower unless previously discussed.
Prints do not come with digital copy unless previously negotiated during pricing.
When commissioning traditional art, you will receive the original piece and I will maintain a copy for my portfolio.
When commissioning any art from me, I reserve the rights to post this art on my personal social media and within my portfolio.
Commission work will not be recreated into other products nor distributed to anyone other than the commissioner unless otherwise discussed prior.

Art Process and Requirements

References are REQUIRED for drawings of real-life people, specific animal breeds, or specific outfits for characters from properties for fan art commissions. If I am drawing a piece of your original character or of a real life person, I require a minimum of four reference pieces.
When purchasing an ink, flat, or full color, you will receive a sketch for final approval before I move into the next step. I am willing to make changes up to four times on a piece. Once you have given your explicit approval on the sketch I will move forward with the rest of the piece.
After initial approval of the cleaned sketch I will NOT make major changes to the agreed upon piece, only minor detail changes.
